JS’s Fall 2013 Campaign Stars Sister Ashlee

Jessica Simpson has added some sisterly love to her latest ad for her fashion line.

E! News exclusively confirms Ashlee Simpson is starring in the Jessica Simpson Collection Fall 2013 ad campaign, and the first gorgeous photo has officially been unveiled.

The stylish campaign was shot by Ellen von Unwerth on location at Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills, Calif. Jessica, who was pregnant with son Ace at the time, was on set during the shoot (too cute!).

The youngest Simpson glows in the stunning shots, decked out in trendy pieces from the Jessica Simpson Collection, including a feather necklace, matching earrings and a large stack of bangles.

Her platinum blond locks are pulled up and perfectly windblown, and her smoky eyes pop against her burgundy lace shirt as she gives the camera a sexy stare.

The campaign features the entire Jessica Simpson Collection, including shoes, accessories and apparel. The rest of the images for the campaign will debut later this month and the photos will be featured in magazines in the fall.

This isn’t Bronx’s mama’s only involvement with the Jessica Simpson collection—she is also the cocreative director of Jessica Simpson Girls, which launched in 2011 and now includes girls’ clothing sizes ranging from toddler to tween.

Ash is stepping up to the fashionable plate while her sister is on maternity leave—she’s set to unveil this season’s campaign at a press party July 30 in NYC (E! will be on hand to chat with the youngest Simpson).

Jessica and her man Eric Johnson welcomed their second child, a son named Ace Knute Johnson, less than two weeks ago.

Jessica Out of the Hospital, Gets to Celebrate 33rd Birthday at Home!

rs_293x473-130623115057-634.JessicaSimpson.IvyLsAngls.6.23.13 Happy birthday, Jessica Simpson!

A source tells E! News that the mother of two has been released from the hospital following the birth of her second child, son Ace Knute, on June 30.

It appears that she got to ring in her 33rd birthday at home with close friends and family.

Simpson had been resting since undergoing a scheduled C-section at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Hospital.

And according to Simpson’s rep, she and her retired footballer fiancé Eric Johnson are over the moon about the latest addition to their family.

The newborn joins 1-year-old big sister Maxwell in the duo’s quickly expanding brood.

The baby boy’s middle name reportedly honors dad Eric’s Swedish paternal grandfather, Knute Johnson.

Jessica’s dad, Joe Simpson, took to Twitter to reveal his excitement as well, sharing: “Very blessed to celebrate the birth of my new grandson.”

Nick Lachey was apparently not on Jessica Simpson’s “It’s a Boy!” announcement mailing list.

When asked if he had spoken to his ex-wife since the birth of her second child, Lachey admitted that he had not—but he hopes all is well!

“Nope, no. We’re not in touch,” the host of The Winner Is told E! News at the NYC launch of Wendy’s #PretzelLoveSongs campaign in honor of the chain’s new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger.

“I certainly wish her the best and I would like to think the same on her end, but we don’t speak,” Lachey said. “We haven’t spoken in years.”

Ace Knute Johnson Is “Beautiful”

In the looks department, Jessica Simpson’s brand-new little boy, well, aced it! “The baby is beautiful,” a pal tells Us Weekly of Ace Knute Johnson, whom Simpson delivered via C-section in L.A. Sunday June 30. And he takes after his handsome father, Simpson’s fiance Eric Johnson, the insider adds: “He has Eric’s little chin dimple!”

Engaged since fall 2010, the Fashion Star mentor, 32, and the former NFL pro, 33, “are so happy to have a boy,” notes the source. “One of each, everybody wants that!” With a middle name that honors his Swedish grandfather, Ace Knute (pronounced Ka-nute) joins big sister Maxwell Drew, 14 months.

“Maxwell is excited,” the source tells Us of the blonde, blue-eyed toddler. “She doesn’t totally get it and understand, but she is very excited to have a brother.

Since Ace’s Sunday arrival, the second-time parents have received visits at the hospital from Simpson’s parents Joe and Tina, sister Ashlee — and Simpson’s still-pregnant BFF Cacee Cobb.

Expecting her first child with husband Donald Faison, Cobb, 35, sounds like she’s smitten with her honorary new nephew. “IN LOVE,” she tweeted Sunday in a message surrounded by hearts. Added proud grandfather Joe Simpson:”Very blessed to celebrate the birth of my new grandson.”

Jessica, meanwhile, “is ecstatic,” the source notes.

Jessica Simpson Gives Birth

Maxwell’s baby brother has arrived! Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson have welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Ace Knute Johnson, her rep tells Us Weekly exclusively. Little Ace was born in Los Angeles via scheduled C-section on Sunday, June 30, the rep adds.

“Ace Knute (pronounced Ka-nute) Johnson has arrived! Mom and baby are doing great,” her rep tells Us. “Jessica, Eric and Maxwell are thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family.”

The singer, 32, and Johnson, 33, are already parents to daughter Maxwell, nearly 14 months. Us exclusively revealed in November 2012 that Simpson was pregnant again just seven months after Maxwell’s birth; Us also broke news in February that Simpson planned on naming her child “Ace.” (Ace’s middle name honors dad Eric’s Swedish paternal grandfather, Knute Johnson.)

In true Jessica fashion, the Fashion Star mentor accidentally confirmed the sex of her second baby-to-be to back in March. “The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous,” she joked of her morning sickness. After realizing her mistake, Simpson added, “Well, I guess I just told the world that I’m having a boy!”

And gender wasn’t the only difference for pregnancy number two. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on March 7, Simpson shared that “this pregnancy is the complete opposite. Like with Maxwell, I felt amazing. Like I could do everything, eat everything. Do whatever I wanted. I had a lot of energy,” she recalled. “This time around . . . I’m like exhausted. Eating Tums. That’s my snack of choice.”

After about six months of dating, Simpson and Johnson, a Yale grad and former NFL player, got engaged in fall 2010, but were forced to postpone their nuptials twice due to her unexpected, back-to-back pregnancies. But a source recently told Us they’re hoping to (finally!) tie the knot soon.

At the Weight Watchers spokeswoman’s April 14 baby shower, she “was telling friends she wanted to get married a few months after the baby is born,” the source told Us. “Jessica said, ‘Let’s have this wedding already before I get pregnant with another one!'”

Jessica Simpson Welcomes Son Ace Knute

Jessica Simpson‘s tiniest fashion star has arrived!

The Fashion Star mentor, 32, and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, welcomed son Ace Knute Johnson on Sunday, June 30, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. The middle name honors Johnson’s Swedish grandfather, the rep explains.

The new addition joins big sister Maxwell Drew, who celebrated her first birthday May 1.

Although Simpson had initially planned to keep the sex of her second baby a secret, she memorably let it slip that she was having a son on Jimmy Kimmel Live in March, and later told PEOPLE she was looking forward to adding a boy to the family.

“I’m so excited to have a son,” she said at the time of her Tom Sawyer-themed shower in April. “I didn’t grow up with a brother and I think the unknown is really exciting. I can’t wait to have that connection with our little man.”

During a Christmas vacation, Jessica confirmed her rumored pregnancy news on Twitter when she posted a sweet picture of baby Maxwell sitting in the sand above letters that read “BIG SIS.”

Yay so overjoyed for Jessica, Eric and their families! All the best to the proud parents and their baby boy! Can’t wait to see him :)

Jessica Simpson Plans to Get Married Soon After Second Baby’s Birth

2013 promises to be doubly momentous for Jessica Simpson: The imminent birth of baby number two (a boy to join big sister Maxwell, nearly 13 months) — and a wedding! More than two years after Eric Johnson’s fall 2010 proposal, the Fashion Star mentor, 32, is at long last ready to wed, a source tells Us Weekly.

During her April 14 baby shower, Simpson “was telling friends she wanted to get married a few months after the baby is born,” the source reveals. Simpson and former NFL pro Johnson, 33, have had to cancel nuptials twice thanks to surprise pregnancy news. Thus, the source reveals, “Jessica said, ‘Let’s have this wedding already before I get pregnant with another one!'” (It will be the second marriage for both.)

Towards that end, the Weight Watchers spokeswoman — who packed on about 70 pounds with Maxwell — is already mindful about dropping post-baby pounds for the wedding. During pregnancy number two, the singer is getting help from a personal chef who cooks up calorie-conscious food at her new $11.5 million home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

“The chef is there all day,” a second insider says. “Jessica eats things like egg whites and sausage. It’s healthier.”

Jessica Simpson’s Calif. Home Up for Sale

Singer Jessica Simpson just listed her long time residence in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 for $7.995 million according to The house features 5 bedrooms. (Zillow)

When Jessica Simpson bought Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s former Hidden Hills mansion in March, she was in full mom mode, making space for 9-month-old daughter Maxwell and baby No. 2. Now with her summer due date fast approaching, Simpson is saying goodbye to her Beverly Hills bachelorette pad for good.

The “Fashion Star” judge just listed her longtime residence at 9555 Lime Orchard Rd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 for $7.995 million.

Custom-built in the early ’90s by award-winning L.A. designer Kerry Joyce, the 5,500-square-foot home is located in a private celebrity enclave with a gated entrance and vine-covered exterior. Simpson has owned the 5-bedroom property since 2005, when she bought it for $5.275 million following her separation from then-husband Nick Lachey.

“Ebonized hardwood floors and fabulous crown and [base moldings] throughout are just some of the quality details in this romantically emotional home,” real estate agent Jory Burton of Sotheby’s International Realty wrote in the listing description.

And Simpson isn’t the only celebrity with an emotional attachment to the place. According to Burton, Ellen DeGeneres, “Crocodile Dundee” star Paul Hogan and Hollywood manager Rick Yorn have also lived there.

Recently renovated by Rachel Ashwell of Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Couture, the interior is Hamptons shabby chic with white-washed fabrics and rich hardwoods. Touches of glam are also evident in the home, with antique chandeliers in nearly every room.

While Simpson now has a private veranda and ginormous swimming pool to enjoy in Hidden Hills, her Beverly Hills property provided her own secret garden. Spanning a third of an acre, its park-like grounds display lush landscaping and a secluded swimming pool. An eat-in kitchen also overlooks a stone courtyard with a serene koi pond.

An estimated monthly payment for Simpson’s home is $29,281, assuming 20 percent down on a 30-year mortgage.

Jessica Simpson Makes Motherhood “Look Easy,” Says Pregnant CaCee Cobb

First-time mom-to-be CaCee Cobb is picking up a few parenting tips from her pregnant BFF Jessica Simpson, who is expecting her second child with fiance Eric Johnson in July. “Jessica’s a great mom,” Cobb told Us Weekly during an Exes event at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood May 6. “It’s kind of crazy to see her because she’s further along than I am and she’s chasing around Maxwell, who just turned 1 and is about to walk any day now.”

“She’s got me beat,” Cobb, 35, said of the Fashion Star mentor. “Just watching her, I’m in awe because she makes it look easy — but it’s not, I can tell!”

Even before she married actor Donald Faison late last year, Simpson’s former personal assistant had been eager to start a family. “Right when we decided we wanted to get married, we realized we wanted to have a baby. We were very lucky, though — we did it all in one weekend,” Faison told Us. “We tried so hard before we got married and it didn’t work.”

“Well, before you say we tried so hard, there are a lot of people out there that tried really hard,” Cobb interjected. “We just had a sh-tload of sex and it wasn’t happening.” The spouses learned they were pregnant on Dec. 16, just one day after tying the knot. “It was awesome!” Faison said.

Cobb, who is due in August, joked that she would have her baby “tomorrow if I could.” Unlike some women, “I like being pregnant,” she admitted. “I hate to say it because some people are like, ‘There’s no way!’ But I actually enjoy it so far.”

The former Price of Beauty star added that she wants to try for another baby soon after giving birth to her first.

“I like it,” Cobb told Us. “I like the attention, too! I like him waiting on me hand and foot.”

Nick Lachey: Jessica Simpson and I Haven’t Spoken in Six Years

Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson ended their marriage eight years ago, but as far as Lachey is concerned, it may as well have been eight decades ago. On Tuesday, May 7, the 98 Degrees singer appeared with his bandmates on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, where he told host Andy Cohen that his relationship with his ex felt like a part of some distant era in history.

“It’s been years [since the last time I talked to Jessica]. Years,” he said, after Cohen asked about the Fashion Star mentor during a game of Plead the Fifth. “Honestly, probably six years…It was like another lifetime ago.”

(Indeed, both Lachey and Simpson have new lives and new families now. The former, 39, married Vanessa Minnillo in 2011 and welcomed son Camden in September 2012. Simpson, meanwhile, is engaged to Eric Johnson, with whom she has a 12-month-old daughter, Maxwell, and a son on the way.)

Asked whether he ever reminisces about his three-year marriage to the singer by watching episodes of Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, the MTV reality series that documented their relationship, Lachey laughed. “I have not,” he replied.

“As you can imagine, that’s not popular viewing in my house,” he continued. “We don’t sit around as a family and watch the old DVDs.”

The boy bander also dished a little on being free of his ex’s parents. “What is the best thing about no longer having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law?” Cohen asked.

“Can I answer this one?” Lachey’s brother Drew piped in. “Everything!”

Simpson’s ex-husband laughed, then added: “The best thing about not having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law [is]…I don’t have to play grab-ass under the table on Easter Sunday.”

That was rude of Nick… I mean it’s in the past, why bring it up? To promote new cd or tour?

Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez Named on Most Powerful Working Moms List

Note to Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton: Better start lobbying now! Working Mother magazine announced its annual list of the 50 Most Powerful Working Moms on Monday, May 6, and not suprisingly, there are business execs and politicians galore on the impressive roster. But household names Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez also made the list, even cracking the top 10!

“[This] group of American working moms screams power,” says Working Mother Media Editorial Director Jennifer Owens. “They absolutely have talent, influence, status, money and smarts, but they’ve also shown the strength to overcome great obstacles, the insight to innovate and inspire, and the passion to help better the lives of others.”

The soon-to-be-mom-of-two Simpson was cited for her lucrative fashion line and her role on Fashion Star. Lopez, mom to 5-year-old twins Emme and Max, was recognized for her musical achievements as well as her philanthropic side: The singer is co-chair of the Global Mom Relay, which helps bring greater medical access to mothers in the developing world. And Beyonce, “arguably the hardest working mom in show biz,” says the magazine, was honored for her non-stop work ethic; since the birth of Blue Ivy last year, she’s sung at President Obama’s second inauguration, performed a half-time show at the Super Bowl, embarked on a world tour, and…the list of achievements goes on and on.

Other entertainers who made the cut are Gwen Stefani, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tina Fey, Melissa McCarthy, and Angelina Jolie. Click here for the complete list.

Maxwell Bonds With Dad Eric Johnson on First Birthday

Daddy’s little girl is getting so big! It seems like just yesterday that Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson welcomed daughter Maxwell Drew into the world, but on Wednesday, May 1, the sweet tot turned 12 months old.

Having already celebrated with a party over the weekend, Maxwell enjoyed a more low-key outing with her doting dad on Wednesday afternoon. She looked adorable, as usual, in a pink dress under a red sweater with a pink and red collar. A tiny bow in her blonde curls completed the look.

Three days earlier, Maxwell’s mom — who is pregnant with her second child, a baby boy — threw a lavish carnival-themed bash for her little girl. Simpson and Johnson spared no expense for the party, which was held at the couple’s home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

The intimate affair featured food stations serving carnival snacks like lemonade, popcorn, hot dogs, french fries, snow cones, cotton candy, cupcakes, cookies, and more. There were also stations for painting and balloon-making. “Kids were swimming in the pool with a lifeguard watching, and many of them were swinging on swings and playing on a teeter totter,” a source told Us Weekly of the soiree.

For the adults — among whom were Simpson’s sister, Ashlee, and pregnant BFF, CaCee Cobb — “they had ’70s and ’80s music playing on the speakers,” the source added. “Everybody was having a great time being outside.”

Maxwell Johnson Celebrates Her First Birthday

It’s all babies, all the time for Jessica Simpson lately.

Just weeks after celebrating the impending birth of her son with a Tom Sawyer-themed baby shower, the Fashion Star mentor, 32, shifted gears from blue to pink and threw her daughter a fair-themed party Sunday to mark Maxwell Drew‘s first birthday.

Held in the backyard of the family’s Hidden Hills home, around 50 guests enjoyed face-painting, coloring tables, beach balls and a children’s band. Food stations were set up around the party, featuring hot dogs, grilled cheese, tacos, fresh fruit, lemonade and candy.

“Maxwell had a great time! Everyone was in great spirits,” a source tells PEOPLE. “All of her grandparents were there. She loved listening to the band and seeing the other babies!”

Simpson says that even at 12 months, Maxwell already shows signs she’s taking after her fashionista mom.

“She loves to watch me put my makeup on and she wants me to put the blush on her,” Simpson shares. “She’s a girly girl. But I have to trick her into wearing bows and barrettes. She thinks it’s a game to pull them out!”

Maxwell may look and take after her mother, but Simpson admits her daughter is “definitely a Daddy’s girl” and clings to her father, Eric Johnson, 33. “If he is in the room,” she says, “she doesn’t want anybody else to hold her!”

Maxwell will have another family member to adore when Simpson welcomes the couple’s second child this summer.

“She knows something’s up,” Simpson told PEOPLE. “Maxwell is so cute because she’ll touch my tummy and she’ll laugh and she’ll give my belly kisses.”

As for her kids’ sibling dynamic, “I’m so excited to see what their relationship is going to be,” adds Simpson. “I think they’ll take care of each other. And I think they’ll always have each other’s backs.”

Jessica Simpson Moves Into Ozzy Osbourne’s Former House

EXCL- Jessica Simpson moves into her huge new mansion

Jessica Simpson moved into Ozzy Osbourne’s former house on Friday.

The fashion designer and her family purchased the sprawling home earlier this month. The house, which is situated in the Hidden Hills section of Los Angeles, set Simpson and her fiance back a cool $11.5 million.

Jessica Simpson, husband-to-be Eric Johnson, and her 11-month-old daughter have quite a bit of space at their disposal. Ozzy Osbourne’s old house sports around 11,000 square feet and some luxurious views of the California coast.

The abode, which sits on 2.5 acres of land, also comes equipped with several bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a movie theater, spa, workout facilities, offices, and studio space. There’s also a separate guest house for anyone who decides to stop by for an extended visit.

It’s currently unknown if Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson intend to renovate any of the rooms in order to made it their own.

Rumors are suggesting that Jessica Simpson and her family encountered a few neighbors wandering around their property when they arrive at their new home on Friday.

“Jessica had just bought the house from ex-’America’s Got Talent’ judge Sharon Osbourne and rocker hubby Ozzy, and is totally renovating the interior,” an insider explained to the National Inquirer.

The anonymous individual added, “The house was open, with more than a dozen workers coming in and out, so the neighbors just decided they’d have a look — not expecting to come face to face with a furious star.”

Simpson reportedly became angry that people were just casually walking around her new home. She demanded that everyone “get off her property.” Since this information comes from the National Inquirer, it’s probably best not to take this report as gospel. Besides, one of Simpsons’ reps has already stated these reports aren’t true.

Jessica Simpson: ‘I’m So Excited to Have a Son’

She may be a self-proclaimed girly-girl but at her Los Angeles baby shower Sunday, Jessica Simpson couldn’t help but gush over gifts she opened up for her baby boy.

“I’m so excited to have a son,” Simpson, 32, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “He got all these cute vintage cars and I got a lot of little leather jackets I can’t wait to try out!”

The Fashion Star mentor’s 11-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew got excited too. “She was taking over some of her little brother’s gifts!” says Simpson.

The mom-to-be — whose fiancé Eric Johnson later joined the celebration hosted by Simpson’s mom Tina and attended by sister Ashlee – celebrated her son’s impending arrival with a Tom Sawyer-themed bash created by celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss, who gives PEOPLE an exclusive private tour of the party below.

The menu included treats for kids (a grilled cheese station!) and Southern comfort food.

“I always love some fried chicken,” says Simpson, who has been working out three times a week with trainer Harley Pasternak. “This pregnancy I’m active. I’ve only gained half of what I gained in my first pregnancy.”

But she’s just as excited to meet her second child. “I didn’t grow up with a brother and I think the unknown is really exciting,” she says. “I can’t wait to have that connection with our little man.”
