Jessica Ann Johnson (July 10, 1980) is an American singer, actress, and fashion designer. Simpson signed a recording contract with Columbia Records when she was sixteen, and released her debut studio album Sweet Kisses in 1999. Jessica’s career as a singer really took off from here.
Jessica and her ex-husband Nick Lachey both starred in the reality tv series Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica that went viral back in 2003.
Today Jessica is an entrepreneur with an empire in the fashion industry. She owns her own clothing line including accessories and recently launched a beauty line. Jessica is married to Eric Johnson since 2014, whom she has three children with: Maxwell Drew Johnson, Birdie Mae Johnson, Ace Knute Johnson.

After giving birth to two babies in a short amount of time, Jessica Simpson is finally ready to plan her wedding to Eric Johnson. The Weight Watcher spokeswoman looked pretty in a flowing floral-print dress as she lovingly held the arm of her fiancée in Capri, Italy on Wednesday (October 16). Last week, the 33-year-old singer may have gotten some inspiration as she attended her publicist Lauren Auslander’s wedding in Newport, Rhode Island.
Freeing up some cash for the big event, Jessica finally sold her Beverly Hills home for $6.4 million, making about a $1.2 million profit on the property.
