She made headlines with her four-million-dollar deal with Weight Watchers and now Jessica Simpson has revealed her dramatic 60-pound weight loss.
The “Come On Over” songstress looks fabulous these days thanks to a smoothie diet plan devised by her private chef in conjunction with WW’s point system.
Additionally, Simpson has been working out four times a week with her celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who told press Jessica’s progress is nothing short of amazing.
“In over 20 years, I’ve never seen as consistent of a weight loss. Jessica’s right where she needs to be. She’s gotten so much stronger,” gushed Pasternak.
In her previous ad for Weight Watchers, Jessica declared, “I’m Jessica Simpson and yes I’m doing Weight Watchers. There is a lot of pressure to lose weight but I’m not a supermodel. I’m just Jessica trying to eat real food in the real world and I really just want to be healthy for my daughter. So I knew Weight Watchers was the only way to go. It’s working.”
Simpson began with three smoothies a day for five days, followed by two smoothies a day for another five days, and one smoothie a day for three days. She also interspersed meals and snacks accordingly.
