Jessica Ann Johnson (July 10, 1980) is an American singer, actress, and fashion designer. Simpson signed a recording contract with Columbia Records when she was sixteen, and released her debut studio album Sweet Kisses in 1999. Jessica’s career as a singer really took off from here.
Jessica and her ex-husband Nick Lachey both starred in the reality tv series Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica that went viral back in 2003.
Today Jessica is an entrepreneur with an empire in the fashion industry. She owns her own clothing line including accessories and recently launched a beauty line. Jessica is married to Eric Johnson since 2014, whom she has three children with: Maxwell Drew Johnson, Birdie Mae Johnson, Ace Knute Johnson.

Jessica Simpson touched down at JFK yesterday to get to work on her Jessica Simpson Collection. The fashion mogul joked about her drawing skills as she made her way through the airport. She’s also still a front-runner for The X Factor and Simon Cowell revealed that she is particularly interested in the “mentoring” aspect of the show.
