Jessica Ann Johnson (July 10, 1980) is an American singer, actress, and fashion designer. Simpson signed a recording contract with Columbia Records when she was sixteen, and released her debut studio album Sweet Kisses in 1999. Jessica’s career as a singer really took off from here.
Jessica and her ex-husband Nick Lachey both starred in the reality tv series Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica that went viral back in 2003.
Today Jessica is an entrepreneur with an empire in the fashion industry. She owns her own clothing line including accessories and recently launched a beauty line. Jessica is married to Eric Johnson since 2014, whom she has three children with: Maxwell Drew Johnson, Birdie Mae Johnson, Ace Knute Johnson.

The past few days have been filled with rumors and chat about Jessica joining Simon Cowell’s judging panel on the upcoming ‘X Factor USA’. I think this weekend will see that this story continues to grow and even though Jess has previously denied she was joining the show, only time will tell!
E!News seem to think Jess would make a great judge. We think so too!
