Since announcing her engagement to Eric Johnson back in November, it seems Jessica Simpson has been in great spirits. The 30-year-old singer, actress and reality TV star reportedly left an extra 60 percent tip on a $500 restaurant bill after dining with her mother, assistant and two other friends at the New York Italian restaurant Lavo. A source told the NY Daily News that after the Southern singer told her server she had been working all day, Simpson, who wore a loose-fitting dress, ordered Macallan 18-year-old single-malt Scotch on the rocks, which she paired with fried Oreos and veal parmigiano.
