Jessica Simpson is all smiles while leaving her hotel on Friday (November 26) in New York City. The day before, the 30-year-old singer and actress performed her holiday song, “My Only Wish,” during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Jess recently shared that she and fiance Eric Johnson would be going vegan for the Thanksgiving holiday. “After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy,” she said on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. “For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey!
