 If you’ve been wondering where Jessica Simpson has been lately, don’t worry. She’s been busy fulfilling her patriotic duty of visiting troops in the Persian Gulf. The 30-year-old singer flew to the Persian Gulf to visit troops aboard the USS Harry S. Truman last week. While aboard, she performed some songs, had a spaghetti meal with troops and signed autographs, the Military Times reported. As part of the singing entertainment, Simpson auditioned troops to sing with her on her new Christmas album. They had to sing, “I’ll Be Home For Christmas.” The winner, John Britt, will also sing alongside her for the lighting of the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center in New York. Her trip wasn’t all warm and fuzzy moments though. A source told Us Weekly that despite the intense heat, Simpson didn’t drink anything but Red Bulls before performing. As a result, the blonde bombshell became dehydrated, sick and vomited. She was only able to perform one song. Bodily function news seems to be following Simpson around lately. According to The Huffington Post , Simpson recently tweeted, “This link just made my morning! RT @OMGFacts: The average person farts about 14 TIMES each day! How to fart less?” Apart from that, you can find the singer turned actress out promoting her clothing line in various ways.
