Jessica Simpson is certainly a supportive sister. But she must be a big fan of Broadway’s “Razzle Dazzle” as well: Simpson has stepped out to see sister Ashlee in Chicago no less than five times in a month!

Jessica first attended the show on Nov. 30, which was Ashlee’s Broadway debut, at the Ambassador Theatre in New York City. “Roxie was all Heart!” Jessica tweeted of her sister’s performance as Roxie Hart. “Watching her up on that grandiose stage made me the proudest sister in the world. I love ya honey, I love ya!. Grrrrrrr”

The next night, Dec. 1, Jessica was back again, tweeting this time: “Night #2 I’m so proud!! Butterflies all over again!!!” And after taking a night off, it seems Jessica went through withdrawal because she returned to see Chicago on Dec. 3 and Dec. 4.

And on Dec. 23, she was back!

The first time, however, that Simpson saw her sister in Chicago was on Sept. 25, 2006, when Ashlee appeared in a West End production of the show in London.

Jessica Simpson spends some time with her mother Tina Simpson in New York City on Wednesday, also visits hair salon (December 23). The 29-year-old singer was also spotted making her way out of her sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz’s home as she headed to a midtown office building. After her business meeting she went over to Ashlee’s Broadway show Chicago.

Gearing up for the Christmas holiday with a little sisterly shopping, Jessica and Ashlee Simpson met up for a Big Apple retail romp on Tuesday afternoon (December 22). With Ashlee joined by husband Pete Wentz and their son, Bronx Mowgli, the trio strolled past paparazzi as they joined Jessica for shopping sessions at both FAO Schwarz and Barneys.

Always looking fabulous, Jess proudly toted her $4,000+ Louis Vuitton leopard print handbag while her younger sister donned a maroon fedora hat and cute winter boots. After finishing up with their last-minute holiday shopping trip, the group continued along on their way ahead of Ashlee’s 8PM performance in the Broadway show “Chicago”.

From her (presumably fake) fur collar to her well-insulated booties, Jessica Simpson was fully prepared to brave the chilly New York weather on Monday when she ventured out of her hotel to have lunch in Midtown Manhattan, only a few blocks away from where sister Ashlee is starring in Chicago on Broadway.
